Jessica has enjoyed performing, choreographing, and teaching professionally all over the continent and the Caribbean. Jess grew up in Ottawa training in many forms of dance at Kanata Ballet School and Les Petits Ballet. After graduating high school and attending Palm Beach Atlantic University (training in dance performance and pedagogy, whilst cheerleading professionally) she began a career in Music Theatre. Favourite performing credits include the World Premier Production of Disney's Toy Story: The Musical Disney Imagineering (Legs), The Blizzard of Oz Gladstone Theatre's Panto (Faircrow), It's a Wonderful Life Sudbury Theatre Centre (Violet), West Side Story Citadel Theatre (Graziella/Anita U/S), Freezing and Freezing: Bigger, Bolder, Colder! Gladstone Theatre's Panto (Princess Adele), Disney Dreams and The Golden Mickeys Disney Cruise Line (various roles), Mary Poppins Citadel Theatre/Theatre Calgary Co-Pro (Glamorous Doll/Miss Smythe/Mrs Corry, Katie Nana U/S) Chicago Stage West Calgary (Liz/Kitty U/S), A Christmas Carol and Everything I Love About Christmas Upper Canada Playhouse (Choreographer, various roles) Cabaret Rose Theatre (Ensemble/Dance Captain), RENT Toronto's Panasonic Theatre (Swing/Mimi, Joanne U/S). Jessica is a proud Sheridan Institute honours graduate, where she trained in Music Theatre Performance. She was seen there in Sweeney Todd (Lucy Barker/Dance Captain), Oklahoma! (Dorothy/Asst Choreographer), Love's Labour's Lost (Jaquenetta/Choreographer), and Once Upon A Mattress (Ensemble/Stunt Captain). Film/TV credits include Lucky 7 (ABC), Hemlock Grove (Netflix Original), Warehouse 13 (SciFi), Suits (USA), Bomb Girls (Global), Make Your Move (CJ Entertainment), and Being Erica (CBC). Jessica has also spent over 10 years teaching many styles of dance, as well as music theatre, voice, cheerleading, kindermusic, private audition coaching (vocal, dance, acro, and acting) and fitness. On top of substitute teaching at countless studios in the GTA with Quick Ball Change and The Travelling Stage, Jessica has taught all forms of dance and acro in Ottawa at Kanata Ballet School and Ottawa Music Camp, and in the GTA: Suitcase Theatre, Hamilton Conservatory of the Arts, Relever Performing Arts Academy, Dance Kids Canada, You Got Dance, Goodlife Fitness, Randolph Academy for the Performing Arts, and the figure skating cross training program (ballet) at the prestigious Granite Club.

Katie Ryerson

Characters: Cinderella, Elsa, Rapunzel, Lady Gaga, Sia, Katy Perry, Wonder Woman, Cat Woman, Dreamhouse Barbie, Fairy Princess Barbie, Super-hero Barbie, Ballerina Barbie 

Katie is tickled pink to be a part of the Beyond Believing team!  Born in Calgary and raised in Ottawa, Katie is currently based in Toronto where she earned a BFA in Performance Acting from Ryerson University. Since graduating, she has dabbled in telling tales from Shakespeare, most often in family-friendly outdoor settings, to trilling Rogers & Hammerstein on the big-time stage, and she was even lucky enough to don ruby slippers in 2012 when she played Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz in Regina, SK. Recently she performed as Cinderella in Into the Woods at the Thousand Islands Playhouse. Offstage, she enjoys spending her spare time reading, cooking, and strolling through the great outdoors; just like some of her favourite princesses! She can't wait to sprinkle some magic on your next event!

 
 
 
 

Jacqueline Janas

Characters: Cinderella, Ariel, Elsa, Snow White, Tinkerbell, Dorothy (Wizard of Oz), Anne of Green Gables, Dora the Explorer, Fairy Princess Barbie, Ballerina Barbie 

Jacqueline is a recent graduate from Sheridan College’s prestigious Musical Theatre program and holds a Bachelor in Music Theatre Performance (BA). She is originally from Hamilton, Ontario and began dancing and singing at a very young age. Jacqueline has been performing in full length stage productions for over 12 years. She toured with Ballet Jorgen Canada for two seasons of The Nutcracker

Most recently she is working with Smile Theatre for their Smile Serenades program! Favourite theatre credits include "Margot" in Legally Blonde and "Audrey" in Little Shop of Horrors. Jacqueline is also working in the Film/TV industry when not onstage. 

In her spare time, Jacqueline enjoys copious amounts of tea and has a beautiful white cat named, Duchess, after Disney's The Aristocats. She remembers singing along to all of her favourite Disney movies as a young girl and is thrilled thrilled that she is now portraying some of her favourite princesses while making dreams come true!
